I feel I still need some work on my physical health and will follow the steps you gave me. I was doing a shiatsu course and I had quit the course because my physical health was not allowing me to do it ( or anything else ), as you know getting too tired even after 10 minutes walking …. just want to go to bed from exhaustion and the chronic fatigue.  But with the instruction and encouragement you`ve  given me, I now feel I have the strength and will to go back to study and help myself.
